I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the excellent service I received from your company. From the outset I was impressed with the professional way in which you dealt with my enquiry and the systematic approach applied whilst planning for each stage of the job.

On arrival at Rochester the first challenge was to build up the landing deck on the back of the trailer in preparation to fly the helicopter on. Your driver immediately got 'stuck in' helping with this task and continued to assist with every aspect of the loading operation. His expertise and initiative was indispensable especially when it came to securing the helicopter in place and bracing the rotor blades for transport. The helicopter safely at its destination early evening.
